Custom Ordered Guitars & Amplifiers:

35% non-refundable deposit is required on custom ordered guitars and amplifiers. Balance is due upon completion of the order.

Purchase Policy:

48 hour return policy on all new guitars, amplifiers, and effect pedals only.
No returns on custom orders, used gear, consignments, and trades.

Returns Policy:

Every new instrument comes with a 48-hour approval period.
Any instrument can be returned for a full refund, if the buyer notifies us within 48 hours of receiving the instrument. Email: Randy@Infinityguitars.com
Shipping costs will not be refunded, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
Instrument must be returned in same condition as shipped.
Buyer is responsible for the instrument during approval period.
Item must be shipped back via a service comparable with which it was delivered, immediately upon return authorization.
All sales on used, custom ordered, consignments, and trades are final.


Instruments should be inspected immediately upon receipt.  If there are any damages, they must be reported immediately to the courier and Infinity Guitars. We will notify the courier and the customer will need to make the item and packaging available to the courier for inspection. We will not be responsible for damages to a guitar ordered without a case.


We offer a 35% down, 75 day layaway. All layaways must be paid in full by 75 days or the guitar will be placed back in our inventory for sell. Should this occur, customer has up to 1 year from the date of the initial deposit to apply the full deposit amount to another purchase (not layaway) from Infinity Guitars. After 1 year no credit will be issued. 48 hour approval period is forfeited on all layaways.
